PECTORALS

THE PECTORALS
Pectorals muscles are located on your chest. The pectoralis major is a thick fan shaped muscle that makes up most of the chest muscles. The pectoralis minor is a thin triangular muscle found under the pectoralis major. These muscles draw the arms forward and inward, they assist in chest expansion, and they aid in rotating arms inward.
