When you first sign in to the dealer section, you will find yourself looking at the latest news and/or articles that have been posted to the site. Towards the top however, you will find a series of 5 tabs that will take you to the various parts of the system:
DEALER ACCOUNT
In here you will find where you can set up your company profile, your store profile including pictures and links to your website, and other information that will be seen by consumers when they find you through our dealer locater. You can also set up your key personnel to be able to access the site as well. This part of the site is also where you will find our on-line ordering system allowing you to place orders directly on line with the company.
DEALER SUPPORT
Included here are various sources to help your business. Besides a company directory, you can also find out about our financing options available to you and your customers, information on handling international and full container orders including resources for shipping and a container template to allow you to estimate how much you can fit on a single container. Finally you can also order parts on line here.
DEALER TOOLBOX
This tab will take you to all the various tools we provide to help you in the sale process. High resolution images, look down schematics, product manuals and POP downloads and order forms are all available to you here.
DEALER TRAINING
This tab is full of great information to help you run your business. You may already be familiar with our monthly Dealer Corner email that we send out – here you will find all of the back issues of this publication. Also here you will find our Dealer Pointers, a series of longer articles covering topics of interest to our dealers from sales and marketing tips to general management guidance to industry trends and information.
