Body-Solid Wraps Up the Health & Fitness Business Show 2010
Body Solid finished off another successful Health and Fitness Business Conference in Las Vegas September 22-23 with a resounding thumbs up. This years show, running in conjuction with the Interbike International Bike Expo brought more retailers and energy to the showroom floor. With over 1300 buyers present, the attendance marked a 30% increase from last year’s Denver show. “With a steady stream of buyers in the booth along with the excitement that Las Vegas generates, we knew the show would be a success” commented Duane Abbott, Western Sales Manager. “The synergies with the the Interbike show were also a huge plus”.
Body Solid’s continued support for the Specialty Fitness Industry was evident with a large 30’x30’ booth with 5 sales representatives. “With the fitness specialty retail business on the rebound after a tough couple of years, we decided it would be appropriate to increase our presence at the show” commented Scott McDonald, CEO of Body Solid. With over 400 different products offered in several categories and price points, Body Solid products appeal to every type of buyer on the tradeshow floor.
In addition, the Health and Fitness Business Conference continues to draw more international dealers and distributors from around the world. Body Solid welcomed distributors from Russia, Mexico, Canada, Suriname, Bermuda and many more . “As markets grow overseas, we’re filling a valuable pipeline for multiple products with easy consolidation from our Chicago based warehouse” says Heriberto Garcia, Manager of Latin American Sales. “We can’t wait until next year’s Vegas show”.
