If you are looking for a portable FID bench without breaking the bank, you can’t go wrong with the PFID125X. I’ve found it to be one of the best benches around at this price point.

It comes fully assembled so you don’t have to waste any time putting it together. I was working out within 15 minutes after opening the box.

It offers a sleek profile and nice design, great padding, and 7 different adjustment positions to handle all the different exercises for my workouts. It’s a very stable bench and I never felt unsafe using it. It has a very sturdy construction and great build quality. It’s backed by an exceptional 10 year in-home warranty.

The best aspect of the bench is that it takes about 15 seconds to fold into a height of 9”, so you can easily stow it away under a bed or in a closet if you don’t have a lot of space for your home gym.

The only caveats I have about the bench are the lack of seat adjustment and the weight capacity limitation of 500lb, but these are minor issues and in all I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

The PowerLine PPR200X is a fantastic power rack for most people. It’s supported by a solid brand in terms of PowerLine by Body-solid and is extremely good value for the money.

It offers a 600lb weight capacity, solid build quality, good stability, and a basic set of attachments, including dip bars and lat attachment.

I never felt unsafe working out on it after months of use and it’s holding up really well. My favorite part of this rack is the wide walk-in design that offers great lateral movement.

It also offers a nice design and great warranty. This is a great power rack if you are starting out your home gym.

The only caveats about this power rack that I would mention are the poor paint job on the liftoffs and the safeties and the weight capacity. The weight capacity doesn’t bother me too much because I’m not that strong. The paint issues can be mitigated using foam padding and tape.

Overall, this is an extremely well-rounded rack and provides great bang for the buck.
