Muscular endurance is the ability of muscles to do continuous work over an extended period of time. Building muscle endurance is important if you play any type of sports, or are involved in any physical activity that lasts for a long time. Sports such as Hockey, Basketball, Football, Tennis, or soccer are all dependant on muscular endurance.
