Begin by standing with feet shoulder-width apart, wearing a weighted vest.
Bend over and place hands on the floor in front in front of you, just outside of the feet. Jump both feet back and come into plank position, with the arms fully extended. Then, drop to a push-up until the chest is nearly touching the floor.
Push back up to the plank position and jump the feet back in toward the hands. Then, explosively jump into the air, reaching the arms straight overhead. Repeat.
