This exercise is designed to be performed with a Body-Solid Foam Roller or Premium Foam Roller
Lie faceup on the floor, with arms at the sides. Place the outer edges of the feet on a foam roller, with the soles pressed together and knees out in a butterfly position.
Pressing the feet into the roller, squeeze the glutes and lift the hips toward the ceiling. Pause at the top, and then slowly lower back to start.
