This exercises is designed to be performed with resistance tubes or bands. Resistance Tube exercises offer a portable solution for full body conditioning and full range-of-motion training.
Sit on a mat, balancing the body weight on the glutes. Wrap the resistance tube around the legs, at mid-thigh level. Lift the legs up with knees slightly bent and feet together.
Holding the tube in each hand, moves the legs out to the sides and then bring them back together. Keep the back straight and the core engaged throughout the move.
