This exercises is designed to be performed with resistance tubes or bands. Resistance Tube exercises offer a portable solution for full body conditioning and full range-of-motion training.
Anchor the tube on a sturdy support at chest height. Grip each handle and stand with the back to the band.
Step forward to reduce slack, positioning the hands at chest height. With elbows up and palms facing down, press the band straight out in front of you until your arms reach full extension, squeeze the chest muscles.
