Stand on the tube with feet slightly wider than the shoulders and center of the band between the feet.
Holding a handle in each hand, bring the tube to shoulder height.
Squat straight down, keeping the chest up and the abs firm, and pressing the knees out over your toes. Squat until the knees form a 90-degree angle with the ground. Then, slowly rise back up to start position
