Lie on your stomach and loop the resistance tube around the right ankle, anchoring the other end to a door or support.
Move way from the anchor to create tension. Keeping the core tight, bend the leg at the knee, bringing the heel towards the glutes.
Pause and then slowly return the leg to starting position.
