This exercises is designed to be performed with resistance tubes or bands. Resistance Tube exercises offer a portable solution for full body conditioning and full range-of-motion training.
Stand on the middle of the tube with feet shoulder-width apart and grip each handle at sides with palms facing in.
Next, bring the right arm straight out in front of the body to shoulder height. Try to avoid locking the elbows during the move.
Pause and then slowly lower back down and switch arms.
