G1S

We’ll start with the simplest gym in the series, the Body-Solid G1S. Don’t let the simplicity fool you though, the G1S packs a lot of power, strength and durability into a small footprint. The G1S features five stations: lat pulldown/high pulley, ab crunch/mid pulley, leg extension/leg curl, chest press and seated row/low pulley. We’ll move on to the Body-Solid G2B Bi-Angular Home Gym — a six station workhorse highlight by our patented Bi-Angular Press Arm station. Our Bi-Angular Press Arm guides you through the optimal range of motion while applying resistance from two directions. The smooth, multi-directional resistance increases muscle interaction by 25%. Other stations include the lat pulldown/high pulley, ab crunch/mid pulley, multi-hip, leg extension/leg curl and seated row/low pulley. The G2B is the only gym in our lineup that includes the innovative Multi-Hip station. The G5S has a number of features that make it a great budget buy for all uses. The Pec Fly station has pivoting handles, gas-assisted seat adjustment and many more user-friendly features. Angled/ergonomic grips make bench presses, incline presses, shoulder presses and mid-rows easier and more effective.

The last of our G-series of home gyms is the dual-stack G10 Bi-Angular Gym. This gym features 6 station: bi-angular press arms, lat pulldown/high pulley, ab crunch/mid pulley, perfect pec, leg extension/leg curl and a seated row/low pulley.

One of the primary features of the G10B is the Bi-Angular press arms which guide you through the optimal natural range-of-motion while applying resistance from two directions simulaneously. This works to provide 25% more muscle interaction by eliminating the ability to rest your chest muscles increasing the exercise intensity.

The G10B also featured a seated leg extension/leg curl station that operates on it’s own, independent weight stack allowing two users to work out on the G10B at the same time.
