Harmony House-Addison, Illinois

Harmony House is a group home for adolescent girls in their teen years providing specialized treatment, therapy and other services in a group residential setting.  Part of the activities undertaken by the residents and staff was a development of the basement of Harmony House for recreation purposes.  Among other things, exercise equipment from Body Solid was installed for the use of the residents. Besides the other life skills being learned by the residents, the Body Solid equipment allows the residents to also focus on health and wellness as part of their daily activities.
