The Push-Up is a calesthetic or body-weught exercise designed to develop the chest, triceps and shoulders. Our example is shown PUB2 Push-Up Bars.
START by supporting your body on the balls of your feet and your palms, positioning the later slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Straighten your arms without locking your elbows.
Lower your torso while keping your back and buttocks flat, until your chest is just a fraction of an inch from the floor. Push yourself back to the starting position.
