This exercise is designed to be performed on the Body-Solid Plyo boxes. Plyometric exercises stimulate several different muscle groups at the same time and can help you burn twice as many calories as other forms of training.
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and positioned so that the corner of the plyometric box is between the feet.
Squat low so that thighs are parallel to the ground and let the glutes graze the top of the box before coming back to standing position.
