Dips are one of the best bodyweight exercises, some people prefer them to Push-ups including the classic bodybuilders of yesteryear.

Like Pull-ups and Chin-ups, Dips force you to lift your own body-weight which stresses your upper-body and builds muscle and strength.

In this video, Mike Christopher of Body-Solid, Inc. goes over two Dip variations — one to build a stronger, thicker chest and the other to build triceps.
