Shoulder Workout

Monday 120924 | Shoulder Press 3-3-3-3-3-3-3

Today's CrossFit Workout Of the Day is 7 sets (3 reps each set) of  Shoulder Press. This should be done at around 60-70% of your maximum weight. Take time in between each set and try and complete them with proper form.
