Allows proper form and positioning for incline and shoulder press exercises. Improved design features quick and secure 4-position ladder style back pad adjustment. 3-position seat pad adjustment for bent knee sit ups and ab crunches.

    Instructions not the best

    Got this delivered and upon assembly, I needed to look at images online of how the product looks because the assembly instructions are not the best. I finally was able to assemble the bench. Sticker was already coming off as well on the base. 2 rods appeared to be rusted on the inside but I cannot tell for sure. I'm 5'11, 165lbs and bench pad has decent width for me.

    Nice quality bench for the price and a definite improvement fro the older models.

    Good Piece of Equipment

    Works great with the GFID31 Bench. Exercises are leg curls and extensions. I use them for complimentary exercises with squats and dead lifts. Easy to assemble.

    Standard delivery was faster than I expected. Easy to assemble and soundly made. Works great and is comfortable to use. Price was good. Definitely pleased with the purchase.
