• Dual High PulleyStation: Swiveling dual lat pulldown station allows unlimited, full range of motion through unilateral, bilateral, converging or diverging movement. Perform lat pull downs, triceps press downs, cable crossovers and many more high pulley exercises. Adjustable hold down pads stabilize your body for lifts beyond your body weight. Unique versatility allows you to increase the strength and endurance of your back muscles.

• Ab Crunch / Mid Pulley Station: Develop awesome abs and terrific triceps quickly at this strength training station. Biomechanically engineered for smooth, comfortable, full range of motion crunching movement. Specifically designed for firming, flattening and isolating the entire abdominal area.

• Leg Extension / Leg Curl Station: Leg developer station features the SmoothGlide Bearing System™ with biomechanically accurate pivot point and integrated CAM to prevent resistance drop-off at the end of the exercise movement. This provides consistent resistance throughout full range of motion.

• Patent pending Iso-Flex™ 3D press arms allow you to define all press and pec fly exercises with your own personal path of motion. This allows maximum development of both your primary (targeted) muscles as well as your secondary (stabilizer) muscles.

• Seated Row / Low Pulley Station: Essential for well-developed backs, seated row exercises build depth in the middle back and train the hard to reach lower lats. Low pulley swivels smoothly and fully to provide accurate resistance for cable curls, upright rows, shrugs, leg abduction, leg adduction and much more.

• 160 Lb. AlloyWeight Stack: Advanced alloy weight stack plates are machine drilled to exact specifications and employ stateof- the-art nylon bushings for super smooth and quiet operation.

Iso-Flex Arms

The G4i Features 3-Dimensional Independent Motion Arms. The freedom of the arms allow you to work the primary (targeted) muscles as well as the secondary (stabilizer) muscles for more natural, more defined muscle development. The unique Iso-Flex arms make doing chest presses, shoulder presses, pectoral flys, and resistance ab crunches a breeze. You don’t even have to get up. Just reach around, move the selector pin and keep going.

The G4I also has a Chest Supported Mid Row Station that uses the independent press arms and adjustable Durafirm™ back pad to give you the support and balance to isolate your mid and lower lats for a more targeted workout.

Dual Pulleys

The G4i features Dual Pulley Station to allow you to do conventional lat pulls or use independent cable handles and add both diverging and crossover movements to your lat workout.
