Great machine
This is a great machine. It's got isolateral and converging/diverging arms. It's as advanced as a machine can be while still being reasonably sized and home gym friendly. It's super solidly built especially because the pads that the arms rest on are not adjustable so there's no banging or clacking when you drop the arms down.

Just love my Body-solid LVSP you can really stack on the plates and not worry about dropping it...Super easy to put together and machine is very strong as well....Had the pleasure of working with Matt Hunt when purchasing the LVSP....Just awesome customer care I received and will defiantly buy again
