GOAL: STRENGTH

POWER LIFTING
For development of increased strength and capabilities particularly in the sport of Power Lifting.  Power lifting resembles Olympic weightlifting in that it involves lifting weights in three attempts.  Typically containing three events; squats, bench press and deadlift, power lifting revolves around training to lift as much weight as possible.
