GOAL: REHABILITATION

IMPROVE BONE DENSITY
Increasing bone density  during puberty and young adulthood is considered the best option for preventing the negative health consequences associated with osteoporosis and weakened bone mass.  An exercise program can also increase bone density with middle age or older adults.  Strength training and low impact aerobic endurance training   continue to be  the best options for adults.
