Let's face it ladies, we're just different from the guys. While it might be okay to borrow a pair of sweatsocks or shorts from the fellas, we don't want to borrow from their workouts. For serious results we need a workout designed specifically for what we want - a tighter butt, trimmer thighs, a flat belly and toned arms - not bulging biceps and a thick neck. We may be complicated and mysterious but that doesn't mean our workouts have to be.
