INTERVAL CARDIO TRAINING
Research has shown that high-intensity cardio training can result in higher Resting Energy Expediture (REE) than traditional cardio training which will result in greater fat-burn. Studies have shown that Intervals increase calorie burn both during and after exercise, which helps you lose weight faster.
